RETURN POLICY

Casual MFG processes orders specifically for each customer , however, we will accept returns for up to 14 days from date of invoice

In most all cases it is best and most cost effective for the customer to have us do alterations to products that do not fit.

1.) Must obtain authorization from Casual MFG

                                   2.)All returns subject to a 20% restocking charge of the gross invoice, .

             3.) Clearance items are not eligible and all sales are final

   4.) No returns allowed on altered, torn or cut fabric

 Must be in original packaging. 

6.) buyer is responsible for return shipping.
