RETURN POLICY: REFUNDS

Casual MFG processes orders specifically for each customer and therefore charges a 20% restocking fee. We will accept returns for up to 14 days from date of invoice.

In most all cases it is best and most cost effective for the customer to have us do alterations to products that do not fit. We do this at no charge to the customer.

1.)  Must obtain authorization from Casual MFG. 

                                  2.)All returns subject to a 20% restocking charge of the gross invoice, 

             3.) Clearance items are not eligible and all sales are final.

   4.) No returns allowed on altered, torn or cut fabric

                               Must be in original packaging.                   

                     5.) It may take 14 days to process a refund.                            

6.) Alterations or exchanges are the best option.
